A small note pinned to a shelf references her father, Nikolai Vasiliev, reminding her to “prepare the violin accompaniment for tomorrow.” Olga’s temperament was disciplined, patient, and methodical; ambition focused on composing chamber music and teaching select pupils, with every work crafted for exact precision.
